Responsibilities
- Assist to identify customers and develop business strategies to cover the territory
- Assist to prepare and communicate monthly call list including existing and new customers
- Visit accounts in order to maintain high probability of orders and establish and develop effective business relationships
- Maintain a list of weekly objectives to stay on track
- Understand the sales process and the requirements of the sales funnel
- Assist to ensure documentation / agreement / costing / quotations prepared as required to advance opportunities and close orders are updated and compliance to the Company’s regulation
- Assist in the preparation of sales reviews for meetings
- Assist to ensure timely payment and collection of invoice billed
- Assist to ensure Accounts Department is informed of updated bills to customers
- Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Marine/Construction industry
- Able to develop and present proposals.
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a focus on quality products and services and business profit
- Meticulous with details
- Able to interact with people of all levels
- Good written and spoken communication skills
