Responsibilities
- Identify customers and develop a sales plan to cover the territory
- Prepare and communicate monthly call list including existing and new customers
- Visit accounts in order to maintain high probability of orders and establish and develop effective business relationships
- Maintain a list of weekly objectives to stay on track
- Understand the sales process and the requirements of the sales funnel
- Ensure documentation / agreement / costing / quotations prepared as required to advance opportunities and close orders are updated and compliance to the Company’s regulation
- Prepare sales reviews for meetings
- Ensure timely payment and collection of invoice billed
- Ensure Accounts Department is informed of updated bills to customers
- Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
- 10-15 years of relevant experience working in the Marine/Construction industry
- Self-driven, customer-oriented with a focus on business profit
- Able to work under tight schedule and challenging environment
- Meticulous with details
- Able to interact with people of all levels
- Good written and spoken communication skills
