Responsibilities
  • Identify customers and develop a sales plan to cover the territory
  • Prepare and communicate monthly call list including existing and new customers
  • Visit accounts in order to maintain high probability of orders and establish and develop effective business relationships
  • Maintain a list of weekly objectives to stay on track
  • Understand the sales process and the requirements of the sales funnel
  • Ensure documentation / agreement / costing / quotations prepared as required to advance opportunities and close orders are updated and compliance to the Company’s regulation
  • Prepare sales reviews for meetings
  • Ensure timely payment and collection of invoice billed
  • Ensure Accounts Department is informed of updated bills to customers
  • Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirement
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience working in the Marine/Construction industry
  • Self-driven, customer-oriented with a focus on business profit
  • Able to work under tight schedule and challenging environment
  • Meticulous with details
  • Able to interact with people of all levels
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
