Responsibilities
- Responsible for contract review of various projects and handle all contractual matters of the company
- Draft contractual correspondences, develop, plan and implement a good tender
- Coordinate with clients for commercial matters, which include oversee and conduct on-site visits to clients
- Examine billings, data and eligibility for compliance with terms and contract
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Handle complaints and disputes by negotiating settlement agreements or by canceling or terminating contracts
- Ensure all work being delivered respect to specific state regulations
Requirement
- Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
- Candidates with exposure to diverse types of contracts will be preferred
- Sound contractual knowledge and hands-on experience in contract administration and quantity surveyor
- Able to lead team and also work independently
