Responsibilities
- Provide on-site coordination of works between different trades
- Feedback to PJM on site/work issues
- Attend production meeting with PJM
- Report work variations to the PJM
- Provide/update daily work reports on projects
- Updating of weekly project progress report
- Report and prepared work variations for PJM
- Issue TQR for technical clarification
- Attend VSCC meetings
- Prepared risk assessment for supervisors on works to be carried out
- Ensure that site HSE issues are been maintain at acceptable level at all time
- Hold site meetings with supervisors & foremen if required by PJM. Report with minutes of meeting to PJM
- Assess and substantiate sub-con’s claims on progress payment on behalf PJM
- Carry out work done (handover) inspections with clients with submission of TIR form
Requirement
- Diploma in Marine or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
- MS Project and MS Office
- Familiar with SOLAS and other classification regulations
