Responsibilities
- Delegating works on site.
- Ensure that works done as per schedule and specifications.
- Attend VSCC/ Site production meeting.
- Ensure the general safety conditions of workers and sites are always acceptable before works been carried out.
- Provide daily toolbox talk.
- Feedback to project managers on site issues and work progress.
- Liaise with clients on site issues.
- Verifying actual work done and quantities on sites to project managers for work progress claims and payments.
- Report site variations to project managers.
- Carry work done inspection to ensure that good quality works been carried out by workers and sub-cons.
- Ensure the general safety conditions of workers and sites are always acceptable before works been carried out.
- Appraise workers on their performances and conducts.
- Take care of the well beings of workers at site.
Requirement
Accommodation Supervisor
- Nitec in Marine or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the Marine industry
- Familiar in accommodation outfit like panel works, door installation, equipment installation.
- Knowledge in basic SOLAS requirements
Electrical Supervisor
- Nitec in Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the Marine industry
- Familiar in cable termination
- Knowledge in IEC regulations, general marine electrical systems & requirements.
Piping Supervisor
- Nitec in Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the Marine industry
- Familiar in Marine pipe fitting & installation.
- Knowledge in basic pipe standard like JIS, BS, DIN & ASTM
